Co-Op Membership Fee

Co-Op Membership Fee

$50.00

Hello and welcome to the Blind Tiger Co-Op!

Every month, you and and a dedicated ensemble will perform an improv set during the Blind Tiger night of shows. This membership fee helps pay for theater rental, insurance, and other costs.

One of the perks is that you get a cool unisex t-shirt with the Blind Tiger logo on it. Please indicate what size you would like in the options below to ensure we get enough of the correct size for everyone. When you pay, your name will be automatically attached to your order, so need to worry about entering it in any form here.

Team rosters and full schedule will be announced September 14. The first show is September 21. You and your ensemble are free to decide what to call yourselves and what kind of show to put up (at the approval of the Artistic Director). More details below.

Payment must be received before the first show on September 21. Payment can be made online or in person—we accept cash, check, card, and PayPal. If you would like to make a payment in person, please email us at info@blindtigerimprov.com so that we may reserve your spot.

Shows are on the third Saturday of every month. Those dates are:

• September 21
• October 19
• November 16
• December 21
• January 18
• February 15

All shows are at ForAll Theater in Peekskill EXCEPT for October 19 which is currently TBD. ForAll Theater is located at 706 N. Division Street, Peekskill, NY 10566. The performances begin at 7PM, call time at 6:30PM. The running order will change every show (for example, some days you may be in the first spot, some days you may be in the last).

Every member of the Co-Op gets in free to every Blind Tiger show and Mixer. Members also receive a 20% discount on all classes (making Drop-Ins $8 and full courses $200). Also, you are placed in the talent pool for other BT productions, from shows at the Howland Theater to one-off experimental forms.

BT has volunteer opportunities to learn more and do more, with positions working in the box office, tech booth, or as a bartender, emcee, or stage manager. Please get in touch and let us know if you are interested in expanding your skill base and performance opportunities.

After the six months is up, teams will be officially disbanded. However, everyone will be invited to register for the new round of the Co-Op, as well as continue performing together and pitch their team or show. Everyone is also invited to pitch show ideas at any time.

All participants are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct and our Mission Statement.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, do not hesitate to ask at info@blindtigerimprov.com.
