Tuesdays, 7:15-9:15 PM, June 9, 16, & 23 at Lucky Dog, 333 Fishkill Ave., inside the Beacon Music Factory.
Learn how to transform information between scene partners into gifts to enhance storytelling and build a shared reality. Fine tune the art of listening to small details onstage. Practice building recognition of emotional subtext, tone, and physical cues. Move beyond “waiting your turn to speak” to being changed based on your partner’s response. Stacey Venzel leads this skills-based class that focuses on listening/scene building, object work, & scene initiation.
Prerequisite: Any fundamentals class at any improv theater or commensurate experience
